The 6th Advanced Membrane Engineering Research Promotion Organization Specific Theme Forum

On January 23, 2026, the 6th Advanced Membrane Engineering Research Promotion Organization Specific Theme Forum was held at the Takikawa Memorial Academic Exchange Hall on the Rokkodai Campus 1 of Kobe University, where Professor Ikuo Taniguchi from our laboratory gave a lecture on "CO₂ Separation by Facilitated Transport Membranes and the Creation of Biomass Plastics."

After each presentation in the forum, there was a question and answer session, giving students from our laboratory an opportunity to speak. During this session, Tanioka, a first-year master's student, was called on to express his opinion from his own unique perspective. This was an opportunity that demonstrated the positive attitude of our students toward research.

After the forum, the view from Rokkodai Campus No. 1 at dusk was also impressive.
